Family-owned NOW Foods has a unique marketing problem. Their vitamins and supplements are both high-quality and competitively priced, but many people expect just one or the other. To help consumers and health food retailers better understand how they deliver both aspects of value, NOW hired us to produce a virtual tour of their impressive facility in Bloomingdale, Illinois. By carefully editing in interviews conducted with key personnel, we were able to include a number of positioning statements that make this piece much more than just a simple plant tour.
