Madison 901 is a condominium from Terrapin Properties in Chicago's West Loop neighborhood. To help prospective buyers imagine a West Loop lifestyle, Angle Park created a 3D virtual tour featuring not just the building, but the neighborhood and its larger urban surroundings. Since the close proximity of the property to Chicago's downtown is one of its most attractive amenities, we chose to tap the 3D expertise of visualizedconcepts, who updated their incredibly detailed 3D model of Chicago to include a fully realized rendering of the new building. This model allowed fly-through animations that start at Chicago's lakefront and quickly zoom west down Madison to the front door of the property itself, proving dramatically just how close the new building is to downtown.

This virtual tour/sales video marks the latest of many collaborations between Angle Park and the Chicago-based developers. Madison 901 marks the most thorough embodiment yet of their "lifestyle development" approach. By including a full health club facility, a 4th floor roof deck, and a first floor filled with retail tenants, the developer has expanded its pattern of thinking beyond just selling units. They have been instrumental in helping build the infrastructure of the neighborhood itself. Based in interviews with the developers and architect, the video shows each one of these aspects with fullly animated 3D views that bring the project to life.
