When this project began, the property at 909 West Washington in Chicago held a one-story car wash and parking lot--a far cry from impressive. To help Terrapin Properties bring their vision for the site to life, Angle Park produced a sales center video with dramatic 3D visualizations of exactly what this mid-rise condo building will look like when it's complete. Image Fiction supplied interior and exterior 3D animations based on the architects' drawings. Angle Park shot interviews with the architects, who described the amenities of the building and neighborhood. The video was designed for the sales center's 16x9 widescreen plasma display, and makes quite an impression.

In addition to the sales center video, we also developed a CD-ROM that packages the animations, artists' renderings, information about the neighborhood, and downloadable floorplans into a Mac and PC-friendly interactive tour. Prospective buyers can take their own time and path through the information, "kicking the tires" virtually, before they buy. We also designed the packaging and handled the replication.
