Apropos Technology develops software that allows companies to manage all sorts of incoming and outgoing communications, from voice, email, fax, and web chat. Initially focused exclusively on call centers, in 2002 Apropos began to push out of the call center and "across the enterprise" with their products. This video was designed to illustrate that evolution to customers attending their annual users conference.
