Prior to the release of "whitechocolatespacegg," there was a bit of speculation among the more skeptical about Liz Phair's career. Namely, would recent motherhood spell an end to it?

While avoiding that question directly, this Electronic Press Kit shows Liz at work in the studio with producer Brad Wood, performing songs a la "MTV Unplugged," overdubbing vocals, and otherwise proving that she is very much still in the driver's seat. It was shipped out to music industry media types and also used within the larger Capitol family. Liz has since left Chicago behind for the relative comfort of Southern California.
